Delhi to Pushkar is approx 430 km. Volvo or train takes at least 8 hrs to Pushkar. But there are no direct trains available from Delhi to Pushkar. You will have to get down at the
Ajmer Railway station. From there you can hire a private or sharing auto-rickshaw to the bus stand of Ajmer. There is a frequent bus plying from Ajmer to Pushkar. But the bus condition is
not admirable. I would suggest if your pocket allows you to pay 1500-2500 extra. Then I would recommend you to go by taxi only. You will reach in 30 minutes Ajmer to Pushkar. But if you go
by bus. You may feel the backache issue.
