✔ Cancellation before 30 Days then only service charge will be paid by guest Per Person 1500/-
✔ Cancellation between 20 to 30 Days will be charged 25% of the total package.
✔ Cancellation between 10 to 19 days will be charged 50% of the total package.
✔ Cancellation between 0 to 9 days will be charged 100% of the total package.
✔ Guest has to pay INR 25% of the total booking amount if he/ she books before 30 days.
✔ Once the agent will send you the booking confirmation you have to pay 25% of the total booking amount.
✔ Before 15 days of the travel date guest has to pay the complete amount of the package (Remaining 50 %)
✔ Before making the payment guest has to send their id proof by email to our executive for holding the booking.
✔ Above payment policy will not work if the booking is being confirmed on an urgent basis for example Everything in one week only.
✔ Package will be confirmed only after sending an email. We strictly avoid confirming things on what’s app or anything chat messenger.
Luxury resorts and hotel have their own booking policy. We have to follow that one accordingly. Our executive will assist you with that while making the payment and booking confirmation.
Special Note: - Flight charges will be paid in one shot. Because we have to transfer the whole amount. We book flights for the guest if they book with us a land package also. We don’t entertain only flight booking.
✔ In case government imposes the lockdown in the in-state or country where you are going to travel or travelling from then your booking will be postponed for the future. Our executive shall suggest you time period when you can travel to the same destination. You booked with us earlier.
✔ None of the amounts will be refunded in case of covid disease.
✔ Also, if the hotel changes the rates in the future for your booking. Then we shall not be liable for that. That will totally depend upon the future rates decided by the hotels only.
✔ Package can be amended without fee before making the advanced payment.
✔ Once we confirm the booking no amendment will be done as a complimentary.
