Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 30 Days then only service charge will be paid by guest Per Person 1500/-

Cancellation between 20 to 30 Days will be charged 25% of the total package.

Cancellation between 10 to 19 days will be charged 50% of the total package.

Cancellation between 0 to 9 days will be charged 100% of the total package.


Special Note For Covid 19

In case the government implemented the lockdown or anything like people can travel anywhere. In that case, your booking will be postponed for future dates. Once things get controlled. I would suggest you don't cancel the booking in that case. Because the hotel will not refund you.


Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy:-

Guest has to pay INR 25% of the total booking amount if he/ she book before 30 days.

Once the agent will send you a booking confirmation that you have to pay more than 25% of the total booking amount.

Before 15 days of travel date guest has to pay the complete amount of the package (Remaining 50 % )

Before making the payment guest has to send their id proof on email to our executive for holding the booking.

Above payment policy will not work if the booking is being confirmed on an urgent basis for example Everything in one week only.

Package will be confirmed only after sending an email. We strictly avoid confirming things on what’s app or anything chat messenger.


Payment Procedure for 4 star and 5-star hotels.

Luxury resorts and hotel have their booking policy. We have to follow that one accordingly. Our executive will assist you with that while making the payment and booking confirmation.

Special Note: - Flight charges will be paid in one shot. Because we have to transfer the whole amount. We book a flight for the guest if they book with us the land package also. We don’t entertain only flight booking.


Amendment Policy:-

Package can be amended without fee before making the advanced payment.

Once we confirm the booking no amendment will be done as a complimentary.
